Post Symposium Day:

For the participants, registration fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks and lunches for the whole conference
• Field trips
• Gala dinner
• Attendance certificate
• Online access to the electronic version of the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings

For the accompanying person, registration fees include:

• Cultural events
• Gala dinner
• Technical visits

Any cancellation must be notified in writing and sent to the conference contact mentioning the
name of the conference in the e-mail. The following refunding rules will be applied:

• cancellation notified up to 60 days before the beginning of the conference: total refund of registration fees;
• cancellation notified between 60 days and 45 days before the conference: refund of 30% of the registration fees;
• cancellation 45 days or less before the conference: no refund will be guaranteed.
